Centralized contact via floating action button
A new website with a Floating Action Button (FAB) streamlined all communication channels using the users preferred communication methods (phone, text, Viber, FB Messanger).

DMetal missed calls/messages from clients due to multiple social media platforms.

DMetal struggled to keep all platforms updated, leading to communication delays.

The lack of multilingual options resulted in losing international clients.
